JOHN HOLLIGER John Holliger is the owner of White Oak Arms, Inc. and has been a competitive shooter since 1985. He has won numerous state and regional titles as well as winning the National Civilian Service Rifle title in 2000. John has been building AR-15 full time since 2001 with his work winning many state, regional and national titles and set several national records.
